I’m NoMo.

My name is NoMo. I’m ring leader of SMAC! So, it’s my job to make sure those with/impacted by ALL types of cancer get TONS of love and comfort. Let’s face it, family and friends can’t always be there…but, I CAN!

You can hold and hug me whenever you want. Heck, I will even let you punch me if you need to. Cancer brings out a lot of emotions and I totally understand that. I’m there whenever, wherever you need me.

Bottom line: No one fights cancer alone.

I’m Phoenix

I’m Phoenix.

Hi! My name is Phoenix. I am proud to be the very first custom SMAC! monkey. I am the “WTF? (Where’s the Funding) for Lung Cancer?” monkey. Say what?

The whole SMAC! monkey idea was inspired by Leslie Lehrman‘s journey with Stage IV lung cancer. No, she never smoked. ANYONE can get lung cancer (‘nother whole story).

Leslie and her daughter, Jennifer Windrum, started a social media movement called“WTF? – (Where’s the Funding) for Lung Cancer?” to help raise awareness & funding for lung cancer – the #1 cancer killer and the LEAST funded.

So, that’s the story behind my long name. But, just like NoMo, my job duties are short and sweet: To be there for those with lung cancer – ALWAYS.

I have many, many hugzzz to give and I really like to snuggle. Leslie know that first-hand.
